At Concept we are always interested to hear from individuals who feel they might have the right mix of skills, experience, and outlook to join the Concept team – as a staff member or associate.
The skills and experience we are looking for include:
New graduate: You will have a good Bachelors or Masters degree in economics, operations research, maths, a science, or similar. You will be able to demonstrate strong analytical skills, and an ability to write and communicate clearly. Modelling / quantitative skills will be a significant asset.
<10 years' experience: In addition to the skills we are looking for in a new graduate, you will have worked in a role which has a strong element of problem solving. Energy sector experience would be ideal, but is not essential.
10+ years' experience: You will have had a career which has predominantly been in the energy sector, and will have reached senior levels of management and/or be recognised as a leading expert in your field.
Great team: We place a lot of importance on people who can get along well with the rest of the team. We are a family friendly company, and are happy with individuals working part-time or flexible hours.
