Zoë joined Concept after completing postgraduate studies at Otago.
Since joining Concept, Zoë has undertaken analysis in support of a number of Concept work areas, including helping a network company address a past error in calculating its allowable revenue, and researching the capabilities of water entities ahead of future regulation. Zoë holds a degree in psychology from Victoria University and completed postgraduate studies in theology at Otago. |
