Andrew has worked in the oil and gas industry for almost 30 years on various projects in a range of countries. 

Andrew has particular expertise in the development of contractual frameworks to govern the marketing and transportation of gas and liquids.  He also has extensive expertise in the development of contractual arrangements covering LNG production and sales.

Andrew has been closely involved in the development of network codes to facilitate gas trading, and in shaping gas transportation arrangements to comply with regulatory requirements.
