Our team has extensive hands-on experience in our specialist sectors, with many of the consulting team having previously worked for industry participants or policy makers in New Zealand, Australia and the United Kingdom.

- Directors - you have an excellent reputation for your work in the sector and your values align with ours. Our directors are co-owners and share management responsibilities. We would normally expect you to work with us as a principal consultant before committing to directorship.
- Consultant - you are a sharp thinker and will enjoy being part of our small team. You get to work closely with our directors on a wide range of engagements that will test and develop your skills and experience. Our clients will enjoy making you part of their team and will have confidence in your work.
- Principal or Senior consultant - in addition, you may have been in a senior role and would like to move somewhere that lets you direct more of your energy to deep problem-solving work.
- Associate - you are interested in partnering with Concept Consulting on specific projects. You have flexibility to work with us or others. We have worked with you before and know we can trust your capability and work style.
