James joined Concept in 2021. He has worked on a wide range of issues for public and private sector clients, specialising in network pricing, market design, strategy and regulatory proposals. He also maintains Concept's database of New Zealand's generation development pipeline, and has a strong understanding of current investment trends.
James has degrees in law and commerce (majoring in public policy) from Victoria University of Wellington, and previously worked as a property and commercial lawyer. |
