Frank has extensive experience in engineering, project development, and economic and risk assessment.  He has seen projects in New Zealand and Australia through their development lifecycle from planning and consenting, through to commissioning and operation. 

Frank's experience includes natural gas, geothermal and utility solar generation and spans from 1996 to today. As such, he has deep knowledge of New Zealand energy infrastructure, suppliers, and service providers.  He also has a robust understanding of what it takes to successfully deliver large infrastructure projects.

Frank is a Chartered Professional electrical engineer and has over 20 years' experience of executive management roles in the public-sector, state-owned enterprises and the private sector.
