Jeremy brings a wealth of experience across policy, strategy, regulation, investment planning and asset management. Most recently he led implementation of new fibre regulation for Chorus, including delivering major business education and capability development programmes and regulatory proposals for $3.5bn of expenditure and $6bn of revenue.
Before Chorus, Jeremy led regulatory strategy and pricing at Transpower, was senior manager of industry and regulatory affairs for Spark NZ, and principal advisor at Ofcom, the UK media and communications regulator. At Concept, Jeremy draws on this experience to support clients with:
