Luke has a PhD in electrical engineering from the University of Canterbury, completed as part of the GREEN Grid project.  This work developed Luke's data science and problem-solving skillsets, and knowledge of the NZ electricity system.  He has also worked on climate policy issues and developed his communication skills in a range of settings.

At Concept, Luke applies these skills to assist clients break down and understand complex analytical challenges.
